Performing note such as seller financing or owner carry or any acceptable alternative or creative financing types of transaction.

Buying price range $20,000 minimum up to $750,000 or more on a case by case basis.

Must have a minimum of 10% down or more

Minimum credit score of 620  or greater

Seasoning is one payment or more.

At least 7% of interest rate or higher.

We will buy notes nationwide.

360 months payment terms.

1st mortgage position only.

OFFERS FOR YOUR PERFORMING NOTES ARE UP TO 60% - 90% OF THE UNPAID PRINCIPAL BALANCE "UPB" AND CONDITIONAL TO THE PROPERTIES CURRENT GEOGRAPHIC VALUATION AND THE TERMS ARE CORRECTLY BUILT INTO THE TRANSACTION....
